Returns & Exchanges

At BEAM, we want your home to be your sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any item that doesn't perfectly fit your space. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BEAM account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item back into its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it securely to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
